At Elecs Market, we are committed to providing a clear and secure shopping experience by regulating exchange, return, cancellation, and refund procedures according to a defined policy that protects the rights of the customer, the seller, and the platform.
Elecs Market operates as a multi-vendor online marketplace, allowing sellers and suppliers to display and sell their products through the website. Purchases and payments are completed through the platform, and a commission is deducted from sales according to the agreement between Elecs Market and each seller.
By using Elecs Market and completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
First: Exchange and Return Policy
Customers may request an exchange or return within a maximum period of 3 days from the invoice date, subject to the following conditions:

The product or device must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, warranty documents, and any items included with the product must be complete and undamaged.

Products provided as gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case of a manufacturing defect or technical fault during the exchange or return period, the customer must contact customer service at:

to report the issue. Elecs Market will coordinate with the relevant agent, seller, or supplier to arrange a technical inspection and issue a technical report regarding the product condition. -
The customer will be contacted within up to 48 hours from the receipt of the technical report by the platform or the relevant seller.

For faster service, the customer may contact the authorized agent directly using the purchase invoice.

If the customer wishes to return the product within the specified period of 3 days, the customer shall bear loading and unloading fees equal to 2% of the invoice value, with a minimum charge of SAR 100.

The customer is not entitled to exchange, return, or refuse receipt of the product if the product model approved by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization has been discontinued, due to the inability of the seller or supplier to resell the product to another customer.

Elecs Market reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.
Second: Refund Policy

If the return request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, after receiving and inspecting the product and confirming that it meets the return conditions.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date the refund request is approved.

If the payment was made by credit card, the customer must contact the issuing bank regarding the time required for the refunded amount to appear in the account. Elecs Market is not responsible for any banking processing time after the refund has been processed from its side.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Shipping fees, administrative fees, and electronic payment service fees are non-refundable in cases where the deductions or fees stated in this policy apply.
Third: Modification and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Within One Hour of Placing the Order and Before Approval
If the customer requests to cancel the order within one hour of placing it and before it is approved, the following conditions shall apply:

Administrative and banking fees of SAR 20 will be deducted from all cancelled orders.

Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will be subject to an additional deduction of 2.7% of the order value.
-
Additional fees may apply when modifying product quantities if the modification results in a refund.
-
Tamara and Tabby orders cannot be modified after payment confirmation.
-
RedBox orders cannot be modified or cancelled, as the shipping waybill number is issued immediately to the customer.

Elecs Market does not guarantee the possibility of modifying orders after completion. Modification requests are accepted or rejected depending on the order status and the possibility of implementation.
2. Cancellation After One Hour of Placing the Order
If the customer requests to cancel the order after one hour has passed from placing the order, the following conditions shall apply:

A shipping fee of SAR 27 will be deducted, in addition to a return-to-warehouse fee of SAR 27.

If the customer refuses to receive a shipment paid through Tamara or Tabby, the following amounts will be deducted:

SAR 20 administrative fee.
-
2.7% service fee of the order value.
-

If the shipment is not received for any reason related to the customer, such as entering an incorrect address, incorrect mobile number, not responding to the shipping company, not being available at the delivery location, or refusing to receive the shipment without an acceptable reason, the following amounts will be deducted:

SAR 25 shipping fee.
-
SAR 25 return-to-warehouse fee.
-

If the shipping costs were covered by the store through offers or discount codes, the customer shall bear these costs in case of cancellation or return.
-
If the customer wishes to reship the order after it has returned to the warehouse, a new shipping fee of SAR 25 must be paid.
Fourth: Failure to Receive the Order
If the customer does not receive the goods within 15 days from the invoice date, Elecs Market or the relevant seller has the right to cancel the sales order. The amount will either remain as credit for the customer on the platform or be handled according to Elecs Market’s approved refund policy.
Fifth: Special Cases

Elecs Market or the seller has the right to cancel the order and refund the customer without prior notice if the product is unavailable.

Elecs Market or the seller has the right to remove a product from the order and ship the remaining available products, while refunding the value of the removed product without prior notice.

Some return or exchange procedures may vary depending on the product type, condition, or the policy of the authorized agent, supplier, or relevant seller.

If the product belongs to one of the sellers on Elecs Market, the exchange or return request will be coordinated with the relevant seller according to the platform’s approved policy and conditions.

In cases of technical faults or manufacturing defects, the product may need to be inspected by the authorized agent or approved service center before approving the exchange or return request.
Sixth: Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

If the product has been used, operated, or installed.
-
If the product is not in its original packaging.
-
If any accessories, manuals, warranty documents, or included items are missing.
-
If the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or transportation by the customer.

If the product was provided as a gift.
-
If the product model approved by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization has been discontinued and cannot be resold to another customer.

If the return or exchange request is submitted after 3 days from the invoice date.

If the product is part of special offers or products clearly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of sale, unless a proven manufacturing defect exists.
Seventh: Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information entered when placing the order is accurate, including:

Detailed address.
-
City and region.
-
Selecting the correct product in terms of type, size, color, model, or specifications.
If incorrect information results in any shipping fees, reshipping fees, or delivery delays, the customer shall bear such costs according to this policy.
Eighth: Elecs Market’s Responsibility as a Multi-Vendor Online Marketplace
Elecs Market operates as an online platform that connects customers with a number of approved sellers and vendors who display and sell their products through the website.
Accordingly:

Products are displayed by sellers or suppliers participating on the platform.

Orders may be fulfilled or shipped by the seller or supplier depending on the nature of the product.

Elecs Market coordinates between the customer and the seller regarding exchange, return, refund, or complaint requests.

Some products are subject to the conditions of the authorized agent, supplier, or seller, especially in cases of technical faults or manufacturing defects.

Elecs Market reserves the right to review each return or exchange request based on the product condition and the report issued by the relevant seller or authorized agent.

A commission is deducted from the sales value according to the agreement between Elecs Market and the seller. This does not affect the customer’s rights stated in this policy.
Ninth: Steps to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
